Lerri has been making banana chips for years — a recipe she loves and a craft she's proud of. What started as a snack for friends and family at work is now becoming something official.

Every bag is fried fresh, by hand, with simple ingredients you can actually pronounce. No sugar, no preservatives, no fuss. Just green banana or purple sweet potato, oil, and a little salt.

That's the whole secret. And now it can be yours, too.

Are your chips really sugar-free?

Yes! Lerri never adds sugar to any of her chips. The only ingredients are fresh banana or sweet potato, vegetable oil, and a little salt (or chicken salt on that flavour). Any natural sweetness comes straight from the produce itself.

What flavours do you make?

Right now there are three: classic Banana Chips, Banana Chips with Chicken Salt, and Purple Sweet Potato Chips. All are fried fresh by hand with simple, honest ingredients.

What are the ingredients in each bag?

Banana Chips: fresh banana, vegetable oil, salt. Chicken Salt flavour: fresh banana, vegetable oil, chicken salt. Purple Sweet Potato Chips: fresh sweet potato, vegetable oil, salt. That's the whole list — nothing artificial.

How do I place an order?

How do I pay?

Do you deliver, or do I need to pick up?

Both! Choose local delivery (a flat fee applies at checkout) or free pickup and arrange a time with Lerri. Delivery options depend on your area — Lerri will confirm the details with you.

How much is delivery?

Local delivery is a flat $8.00 added at checkout. Pickup is free. The exact total — including your chips and delivery — is confirmed before you pay.

How long do the chips stay fresh?

Because they're fried fresh with no preservatives, they're best eaten within a couple of weeks of receiving them. Keep the bag sealed and store it in a cool, dry spot to keep that crunch.

Are the chips gluten-free?

The classic Banana Chips and Purple Sweet Potato Chips are made with just produce, oil, and salt. The Chicken Salt flavour uses a chicken salt seasoning — if you have a sensitivity, check with Lerri for the exact seasoning details before ordering.

Can I order in bulk for an event or workplace?

Absolutely. Lerri started out selling to friends and family at work, so bulk and event orders are very welcome. Message her with the details and quantities and she'll let you know what's possible.
